The Monotonous Life

Yes, I’m that boring.

Some Things You Just Can’t Unsee

with 6 comments

I really wish I had the words to lead up to these two vids on Youtube you should see. But I don’t. Because they both have left me speechless. Literally speechless. So I’m just going to post them. I feel like I shouldn’t post them at the same time because together they make me a bit skeevy. But whatevs. So please enjoy parents who have way too much time on their hands and a turtle dry humping a shoe.

I feel like these two things will change your life. Not for the better mind you. But change your life nonetheless.

(As always, I’m sure I’m the last person to have seen these two videos. If you have seen them before then ignore me. I have a simple mind.)

  1. I’m pretty sure I can’t add anything to those videos, except that I think the guy in the “Potty Dance” video is Kenan Thompson. Also, is it supposed to be emulating Notorious BIG? I’m not sure.

  2. I like that it’s multicultural. Even the East Indians get in on the potty dance. That’s nice. But why are robots there in the crowd? I don’t get it.
Who knew that turtles make a cute little “ehh!” noise when they’re raping footwear? Not me! Wow!
(And I never saw these videos till now, so you’re definitely not the last person to see ‘em.)

  3. A part of me died a little bit inside. I’m so glad I didn’t grow up with that.

  4. Tom, that would be the WORST B.I.G. imitation ever. In fact, if I was that guy I would be embarrassed. But he got a check so maybe he didn’t care?

Lisa, that was the weirdest part to me. That and the close up. And actually, kudos to Pull Ups for making it multiracial. But, that’s kinda the only good thing I can say about it.

Jess, I’m pretty sure those kids are going to grow up scarred for life. And you know those parents (well, those mothers) are going to be showing their future fiances that thinking it’s the cutest thing ever. Those poor poor kids.

  5. Oh my GOD. The whole time I was watching that turtle video — literally the WHOLE time — I was thinking, ‘turn it off, turn it off, turn it off!!!’ and yet… I couldn’t bring myself to. I feel dirty.
